Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage portfolio performance, ensuring high collection efficiency and customer retention.
- Drive revenue growth through portfolio expansion, cost management, and favorable third-party negotiations
- Review and enforce policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance targets
- Oversee insurance claims and ensure all collaterals are properly tracked and documented.
- Prepare accurate performance reports and ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality standards.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Statistics/Business Administration
- At least 3 years working experience
Additional Attributes:
- Strong analytical and risk assessment abilities
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in financial and operational reporting
- Familiarity with asset-based lending systems and collateral monitoring tools
- Sound understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
