Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms in a prompt and courteous manner. • Accurately enter and manage reservation details in the system.
- Confirm bookings and send relevant correspondence to guests.
- Update availability and rates across all booking channels.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Monitor and manage cancellations, no-shows, and overbookings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Miracle Air standards and operational changes.
Requirements:Â
- Diploma or degree inTravel, Tourism or a related field.
- Prior experience in airline reservations or the aviation industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in reservation systems ( e.g GO7 System)
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
