Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. To perform Meteorological, Agrometeorological, Hydro Meteorological, and Environmental analysis;
ii. Toprovidegeneralweatherforecastingforthegeneralpublic,media,etc;
iii. ToprovideweatherforecastproductforuseinMarine,Aviation,Agriculture, Tourism, Energy, Disasters, etc;
iv. Toprovideassistanceinissuingofspecificweatherforecastandwarnings;
v. ToprovideassistanceinissuingAviationForecastsforinternationalairnavigation;
vi. Toprovideassistanceprovideweatherbriefingstopilotsforinternationalair navigation;
vii. Toassistsinconductingclimatologicaldataprocessing;and
viii. Toperformanyotherdutiesasmaybeassignedbytheimmediatesupervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Bachelor of Science Degree in one of the following fields: Meteorology, Hydrometeorology, Atmospheric Science and Agro
meteorology, or related qualifications from a recognized institution.
