1. ADC Supervisor

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of ICT and Operations, the ADC Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily operations of ADC back-office systems, ensuring optimal efficiency, system reliability, and compliance. The role requires strong transaction processing skills and an unwavering commitment to system integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain ADC backend systems for uptime and performance

• Coordinate prompt resolution of system issues

• Supervise transaction processing, reconciliation, and upgrades

• Ensure compliance with security protocols and internal policies

• Report on risks, fraud, and system breaches

• Support audits and implement findings

• Identify and drive process improvements

• Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors

• Provide technical support and training

• Assist with new ADC product testing and implementation

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking operations or IT systems, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of ADC platforms and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and team management skills

2. System Developer

Job Purpose:
As a System Developer reporting to the ICT Manager, you will design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and applications for web, mobile, desktop, and robotics platforms. This role is essential in delivering secure, high-performance solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full-stack applications and APIs

• Provide Level 3 support for deployed solutions

• Collaborate with DevOps, OA, Product, UX/UI, and Compliance teams

• Debug, improve, and document applications

• Research and implement new tools/technologies

• Integrate internal/external systems securely

• Design databases and support reporting pipelines

• Participate in architecture decisions and code reviews

• Address security vulnerabilities and ensure audit readiness

• Build responsive UIs with React, Angular, etc.; develop mobile apps with Flutter, React Native, Java, Kotlin, or Swift

• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB; deploy using AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes

• Use Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), Git, and enforce security best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ full-stack development experience

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

• Agile experience required; certification is a plus

• Skilled in database management, UI design, security, and API development

3. Network Infrastructure System Administrator

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the ICT Manager, the Network Infrastructure System Administrator plans, implements, and secures the bank’s network infrastructure. The goal is to ensure high availability, performance, and robust protection against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networks

• Monitor performance and disaster recovery readiness

• Manage network security protocols, hardware, and firmware

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and maintain configuration documentation

• Enforce IT and cybersecurity policies

• Monitor for vulnerabilities and breaches

• Align practices with IS0 27001, NIST, or local standards

• Support audits and maintain incident logs

• Meet SLAs for uptime and response

• Provide proactive maintenance and user support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 3+ years’ experience in network or cybersecurity roles

• Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Security+, Fortinet NSE) are a plus

• Skilled in networking protocols, firewalls, VLANs, and security tools
