• Description:
  • Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Arts from a recognized university, majoring in one of the following fields: Human Resource Management, Sociology, Public Administration, or Manpower Planning. Candidates must also have computer skills.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate employee records.
    • Interpret and implement HR policies and structures.
    • Research, analyze, plan, and estimate training needs for employees.
    • Collect, analyze, and organize data and records related to workforce planning.
    • Handle various daily HR-related matters.
• Work Station: Judiciary of Tanzania (Mahakama ya Tanzania), with assignments to various regions and districts based on available vacancies.
