Key Details

1. Sales Rider

Job Description: As a Sales Rider at M-Gas, your primary role will involve delivering cooking gas to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will also serve as a representative of the company, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver cooking gas to customers using a motorbike.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them on how to use the product.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Promote the M-Gas brand and its offerings to potential customers.
• Maintain and ensure the safety of your vehicle and equipment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Diploma or Sales qualification, or at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• A valid Piki Piki (motorbike) license.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.

2. Product Technician

Job Description: M-Gas is looking for a skilled Product Technician to join their team. The Product Technician will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of smart meters and related technology. Your role will ensure that M-Gas’s product offerings continue to provide seamless and reliable service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and update smart meters.
• Perform firmware updates and resolve any technical issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronics issues related to meters.
• Work with testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Adhere to electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in the installation of meters and devices.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Diploma or Certificate in IT, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IoT and smart meter technology is an advantage.
• Prior experience with meter configuration, firmware updates, and communication protocols is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of electrical principles and smart meter technology.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Experience with diagnostic tools is preferred.
