Audit Manager at KCB Bank: Drive audits, compliance, and financial reporting. Apply for this exciting leadership role at KCB Bank. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: MUST NOT BE MORE THAN 10   Assist in development and coordination of the bank’s internal auditing activities. Assist in Developing and implementing internal auditing policies, procedures, and program. Review of accounting procedures. Survey functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations, and adequacy of the system of control to achieve established objectives. Supervise or conduct independent audits of bank records and activities, and prepare varied analyses of the departments, and branches. Supervise, conduct, and report on the testing and adequacy of the bank’s internal controls over financial reporting. Investigate and determine causes of irregularities, and errors. Recommend corrective action and suggest improvement. Advise top management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors on audit, and internal control matters. Prepare reports for each audit and investigation assignments Develop audit plan for each assignment to be carried out Participate in development of Internal Audit’s annual budget and monitors subsequent expenditures DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: NOT MORE THAN 5 OF THE MOST TYPICAL   Undertake audit and advisory assignments under the direction of the Head of Audit. Organize audit working paper files for each assignment Identify and escalate significant audit issues and propose practical recommendations for implementation. Undertaking stakeholder engagements.
