The Executive Director of Mbulu District Council is announcing job vacancies for qualified Tanzanians. Following approval from the President’s Office, Public Service Management, and Good Governance, the council is seeking to fill four (4) positions.

Job Advertisement: Dereva Daraja la II (Driver Grade II)

Mbulu District Council is looking to hire four (4) Driver Grade II positions.

Key Duties

• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety.
• Transport staff for work-related travel.
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance.
• Keep records in a log book for all trips.
• Collect and distribute various documents.
• Clean the vehicle.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education: A Form IV (O-Level) certificate.
• License: A valid driver’s license of Class E or C.
• Experience: At least one year of experience driving without causing an accident.
• Training: Must have completed a Basic Driving Course from VETA or another government-recognized institution.
