About Silverleaf Academy

Silverleaf Academy is Tanzania’s first affordable private school network delivering high-quality, values-driven education to low-income families. As we scale nationally, we are deepening our focus on evidence, impact, and accountability. We are seeking an experienced MEL Volunteer to strengthen our measurement systems and embed data use across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Data Science, Educational Technology, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Solid understanding of IT systems, internet connectivity, and networking.
• Strong interest in educational technology and its use in classroom settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and meet deadlines
