Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining compliance with policy requirements for all forms created in the system
  • Responding to customers’ queries at the branch
  • Making sure that loans are accurately created in Mambu and that the loan officer is informed of all pending issues
  • Ensure office functions are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, or any other Business related field
  • Two year working experience

Additional attributes:

  • Excellent knowledge in Customer relationship Management
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
  • Good problem analysis and solving skills
  • Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills
