Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining compliance with policy requirements for all forms created in the system
- Responding to customers’ queries at the branch
- Making sure that loans are accurately created in Mambu and that the loan officer is informed of all pending issues
- Ensure office functions are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, or any other Business related field
- Two year working experience
Additional attributes:
- Excellent knowledge in Customer relationship Management
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
- Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills
