Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for key accounts, ensuring tailored solutions that align with client needs and company objectives.
  • Introduce new products to key accounts, particularly in the wine and spirits category, driving product visibility and market share.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Track and report on account performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate wit cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics and finance) to ensure smooth execution of account strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry with a strong preference for candidates with experience in alcoholic beverages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
