Job Description
The Project Manager will lead all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires deep expertise in construction methodologies, strong project leadership, and the ability to create and interpret 3D architectural drawings for site visualization and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage detailed project plans including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and interpret 3D architectural and structural drawings to support planning, visualization, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee and review project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site visits and status meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment in alignment with project milestones.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work culture. Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, project evaluations, and recommendations for senior management review.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing construction projects.
- Proficient in creating and reviewing 3D drawings and structural plans (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong command of construction budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards.
