Job Description
Education:

Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field.
Experience:

Previous experience in retail banking, consumer lending or financial services.

Strong knowledge of credit products, loan application processes and credit risk evaluations.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to details, analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
Job overview:
Responsible for managing and growing relationships with individual customers and small businesses to provide a wide range of retail banking products and services. The role focuses on client acquisition, retention and satisfaction while ensuring cross-selling of various banking products such as current accounts, savings accounts, loans, and other investment solutions. The officer plays a critical role in driving customer engagement, loyalty and overall growth of the bank’s portfolio.
