Typical Job Duties:

1. Assist your Regional Sales and Marketing Coordinator to manage the Field Technicians in your region.
2. Be Knowledgeable of seed regulations and ensure compliance.
3. Conduct market research by analyzing the trends, customer needs and competitor’s strengths. Provide recommendations.
4. Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform on product development and improvements, and keep up to date on all current and potential customers.
5. Be a Champion in Creation of demand for Company’s Products in your Region
6. Promote Sales, and liaise with the Sales and Marketing Coordinator to make sure that all the orders you have collected have been supplied and payments have been made.
7. Carry out field visits, and do a thorough after-sale service to ensure you understand the problems on the ground
8. Assist the sales and marketing coordinator during Agricultural Shows or Trade fairs within your region
9. Manage your time well, and do your weekly/monthly reports accurately

Supporting the Company on any other duties on and as – needed basis.
