DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prosecution of minor criminal cases

• Handling simple appeal cases at the High Court

• Preparing charge sheets, petitions, and other related documents

• Receiving and addressing complaints against the National Prosecution Office

• Managing witnesses before, during, and after court testimony

• Reviewing case files from investigative bodies

• Conducting research in the prosecution of criminal cases

• Collecting and analyzing statistics on criminal cases and preparing reports

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Applicants must be Form IV/VI graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from government-recognized universities

• Must have completed practical legal training from a government-recognized Law School
