DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prosecution of minor criminal cases

Handling simple appeal cases at the High Court

Preparing charge sheets, petitions, and other related documents
-
Receiving and addressing complaints against the National Prosecution Office
-
Managing witnesses before, during, and after court testimony
-
Reviewing case files from investigative bodies
-
Conducting research in the prosecution of criminal cases
-
Collecting and analyzing statistics on criminal cases and preparing reports
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
-
Applicants must be Form IV/VI graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from government-recognized universities
-
Must have completed practical legal training from a government-recognized Law School
REMUNERATION: AGCS. 3
