Job Description: The MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning) Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing technical MERL initiatives across all projects in the Southern Programme Implementation Area (PIA). This position ensures the quality of monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities for grants and sponsorship-funded projects, including Gender and Girls’ Empowerment (GGE) and other initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Coordinate MERL activities, including system implementation and program quality monitoring.

• • Lead project evaluations, studies, assessments, and budgeting processes.

• • Support research, data consolidation, and dissemination of results for innovative programming.

• • Develop and implement M&E frameworks and plans for Southern PIA.
