POSITION: ACCOUNTANT (FEMALE ONLY)

G5 Bar & Lounge, located in Kigamboni Maweni, is seeking a qualified, proactive, and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our team.

 KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Gender: Female candidate only.

• Education: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Bar, Hotel, Lounge, Restaurant, or hospitality setting.

• Proficient in cash handling, sales reconciliation, tracking expenses, and managing daily financial logs.

• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, discipline, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours standard in the hospitality industry.

• Neat appearance, excellent communication skills, and customer service orientation.

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record and monitor daily sales transactions.

• Perform daily sales and cash reconciliations.

• Manage operational expenses and petty cash.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

• Collaborate with the Storekeeper to track inventory and stock usage.

• Ensure accurate and orderly maintenance of all financial records.

• Perform any other accounting tasks assigned by Management.

 Location: Kigamboni Maweni, Dar es Salaam
