Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients.
- Research and analyze potential markets, industries, and key accounts.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals to win new business.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers in client organizations.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients.
- Handle escalations and ensure client needs are addressed promptly.
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers in client organizations.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients.
- Handle escalations and ensure client needs are addressed promptly.
Account Management
- Monitor usage, contract renewals, and billing issues for corporate clients in the BCCS system.
- Conduct regular account reviews and share report with supervisor.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to minimize customers complains.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitors’ corporate offerings and market trends.
- Collect feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, updates, and performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or the telecommunications industry is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of telecommunications products and business solutions.
