MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER (FULL TIME )
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: in Monitoring and Evaluation, statistics, economics, social sciences, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in M&E roles within development projects.
- Ensure compliance with donor, organizational, and national M&E guidelines.
- Work closely with program staff, partners, and beneficiaries to strengthen participatory M&E approaches.
- Represent the organization in M&E-related networks and forums as needed.
- Design and implement data collection tools such as surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.
- Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to track progress.
- Generate periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness in reporting.
Annual Salary: TZS 12,000,000/= to 14,400,000 /=
