Responsibilities

Train Loan Officers, dealers, and promoters/agents on product, process, and systems.
Develop structured onboarding programs and refresher training schedules.
Ensure full mastery of CRM and loan systems, including compliance and data quality requirements.
Identify performance gaps and coach teams to improve conversion and onboarding quality.

Requirements

Proven experience as a trainer in fintech, telco, PAYGO, retail, or device financing environments.
Strong facilitation and communication skills (English & Swahili).
Experience training teams on apps, digital tools, or field sales processes.
Energetic, structured, and field-ready, comfortable traveling and working closely with teams on the ground.
