Relationship Officer (Sales & Collection)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in driving sales growth and ensuring effective loan collections while maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Product Promotion: Promote and sell company products and services.

• Collections Management: Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding payments.

• Reporting: Prepare reports on sales and collections performance.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and collection or a related role.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Work Style: Ability to work with targets and in a fast-paced environment.
