2024 Silverleaf Academy Teacher Fellowship Application Form Silverleaf Academy is launching our inaugural 2024 Talent Academy! As we continue to grow and expand the Silverleaf promise across Tanzania, we are committed to ensuring strong training and development for the next generation of Silverleaf teachers. As such, we are offering a paid one year teacher fellowship, where teachers will come and train on the Silverleaf model, co-teach in classes and if they successfully graduate from the Talent Academy will have the chance to be offered full time employment at one of our Silverleaf Academy campuses. Qualifications: Teaching certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Education (Diploma in Education preferred) Graduation from an English Medium College (Preferred) 0-3 years of teaching experience (Preferred) Additional Attributes: Child-friendly attitude Interest in student-centered approaches. Enthusiasm for and involvement in co-curricular activities Basic skills in computer (Microsoft Office and Email) A person with a growth mindset and passion for education. Fluent in spoken and written English.
