The Graduate Trainee Development Program is designed to accelerate the growth of recent graduates into future leaders at AXIAN Group. Over a structured 12–24 month period, trainees will experience cross-functional rotations, gain exposure to different business units, and work on high-impact projects. This program blends practical experience with mentorship, leadership training, and career development opportunities.
Participate in rotational assignments across different departments (e.g., Telecoms, Finance, Energy, Real Estate, Technology & Innovation).
Contribute to strategic and operational projects that address real business challenges.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Group.
Engage in training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
