WE ARE URGENTLY LOOKING FOR:-

1. Sales officers-4 position (both male and female)
2. Warehouse Assistant-1 position (female candidates have high priority)

• SALES OFFICER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:-

1. Driving revenue by identifying potential customers,
2. Building relationships with them, presenting a company’s products or services,
3. Meet sales targets,
4. Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends,
5. Customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

QUALIFICATION FOR WARE HOUSE ASSISTANT

1. High school certificate,diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 1-3years of experience in a warehouse or related role.
3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, essential for effectively managing warehouse operations and personnel.
4. Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, including proficiency in inventory management, shipping, and receiving procedures.

• As a warehouse assistant you are involved in every aspect of the smooth running of our busy warehouse, from producing order pick lists to final dispatch of goods and supporting and assisting with stock control of clients’ products. Active involvement with continuous improvement projects, training and taking responsibility for ensuring the workplace environment is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.

1. Assist Accountant-2 positions-(HQ-Dar es salaam)(1)- Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting/Finance

– 1-2yrs of experiences in related field

– Good in computer M/S office

• She/He will be responsible in managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and preparing financial reports

1. Finance Controller-Zanzibar Branch 1position(1)- Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting/Finance

– 1-4yrs of experiences in related field

– Good in computer M/S office

• She/He will be responsible in financial statement preparation, budgeting, risk management, and leading a team of finance professionals. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, as well as expertise in financial regulations and accounting standards

1. Tax Assistant-Dar es salaam (HQ) 2 Positions-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

– Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a tax compliance officer/Asst Tax compliance  or in a similar role.

– Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

• Her/his responsibilities will be:-Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns for federal, state, and local authorities, Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, Conduct research on tax issues and provide recommendations for compliance, Maintain organized and up-to-date tax records and documentation, Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and inquiries, Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary financial information for tax reporting, Conduct internal reviews to ensure adherence to tax regulations, Assist in external tax audits and inquiries
