The key purpose of this role is to assure the availability of resources, technological tools and data that will allow the right execution of the telesales process with the goal to achieve the productivity, management and volume indicators and BEES Country target.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assure that the people’ s structure is aligned to the needs in order to achieve the commercial objectives
  • Assure that the team has the right information, knowledge and skills to perform accordingly to the expectations of the role.
  • Align the team to focus on the sales volume, implementing sales incentives to assure the commercial objectives are achieved.
  • Align with Field team on Customers that are not Digital to assure correct Change Management process with Customers.
  • Review constantly the quality of the database to assure that the data is clean and that the frequencies are aligned to the needs of client’s purchasing.
  • Develop the team members through a coaching related activity, listening to their calls and identify the opportunities to improve in order to maximize the productivity and sales effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in telesales operations, sales enablement, or commercial leadership — ideally within FMCG, distribution, or tech-driven sales environments.
  • Proven track record of managing or supporting telesales teams to achieve or exceed sales and productivity targets.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM (or equivalent sales systems).
  • Strong command of Excel (pivot tables, dashboards), PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Correct handling of the Telesales tool (On call, call dialler)
