We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Coordinator to support the execution of public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives. This role requires a strong background in stakeholder management and logistics coordination to ensure seamless program delivery across sectors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate planning and implementation of PPP programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and partner expectations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across government, private sector, NGOs, and community organizations.
• Oversee logistics operations including procurement, transportation, event coordination, and resource allocation.
• Support contract management, compliance tracking, and reporting for donor-funded projects.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and site visits to promote collaboration and program visibility.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate documentation including work plans, progress reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Contribute to proposal development and fundraising efforts for new initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Public Administration, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, with a focus on public-private partnerships and logistics.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and navigate complex institutional environments.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, vendor management, and event logistics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with donor-funded programs (e.g., USAID, UNDP, World Bank) is an asset
