Position Details

• Position: IT & CCTV Systems Supervisor
• Location: Zanzibar, Tanzania
• Deadline: September 21, 2025

Key Responsibilities IT Management

• Plan, implement, and manage IT systems, networks, and software.
• Maintain hardware, servers, and computer systems for uptime and reliability.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, budgets, security protocols, and backup procedures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues.

CCTV Management

• Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Ensure proper monitoring, storage, and retrieval of footage.
• Oversee system upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and incident reporting.

Leadership & Administration

• Supervise, train, and manage the IT team.
• Develop operational plans, schedules, and objectives.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management and CCTV/security systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, IP cameras, and surveillance technologies.
• Excellent supervision, problem-solving, and communication skills.
