Key Responsibilities:

• Support SMEs to become investor-ready through financial and business advisory.
• Review financial records and conduct in-depth analysis.
• Provide strategic insights to guide business decision-making.
• Mentor and train SME owners on investment readiness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ Experience in relevant role
• Strong financial analysis and business advisory skills.
• Experience working with SMEs or startups is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
