Open Vacancy: Collection Officer Qualifications: ●     Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. ●     Proven experience in a collection role, preferably within a Tanzanian context. ●     Strong understanding of accounts receivable and collection procedures ●     Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ●     Ability to work independently and as part of a team ●     Strong organizational and time management skills ●     Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) ●     Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus. ●     Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili ●     Ability to maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while dealing with customers.
