We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee our commercial estate and ensure it operates efficiently and smoothly. Job description

Daily operations , maintenance and overall management of the estate
Supervising staff , and ensuring compliance with property regulations.
Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure high-quality services are delivered
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the property to identify areas of improvement.
Respond to clients’ inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Other duties may be assigned by managed by management from time to time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Accounts, BusinessAdministration , or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Estate Manager or similar role in property or facilities management.
Knowledge on accounting packages will be an added advantage.
Computer literate, an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products is essential (word, excel, mails and outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Kiswahili and English languages.
Must demonstrate leadership and good interpersonal skills.
Able to multi-tasks and think fast.
Ability to work in a team environment
