Required QualificationsDegree in procurement, business administration in procurement, Supply ChainManagement or any related fieldAt least one year working experience in procurementMust be a TanzanianMust be fluent in writing and speaking English languageMust have computer skillsApplicants should have a high level of discipline, communicative and interpersonalskills, analytical, innovative problem-solving skills and time-managing skills.Responsibilities
 Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needsResearch potential vendorsTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryUpdate internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)Conduct market research to identify pricing trendsEvaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better pricesPrepare cost analysesFollow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change ordersAny other assigned task
