Job Description:A salesperson is responsible for generating and fostering relationships with potential customers to increase sales and achieve sales targets. They should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive manner, and a proactive approach to selling products or services.Key responsibilities may include: - Identifying potential customers and making cold calls or visits to introduce products or services - Presenting and demonstrating products or services to customers - Negotiating and closing sales deals - Following up with customers for repeat business or referrals - Maintaining accurate sales records and reports - Keeping up to date on industry trends and competitors - Providing excellent customer service before and after sales - Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales opportunities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is also desired.
