Sales Support Officer

flySunBird is local aviation registered company providing helicopter services dealing with different clients in different industries. Currently, it is looking for Sales Support Officer who is self-motivated, committed, result driven and self-motivated to work with the company.

The role of Sales Support Officer involves assisting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, and supporting sales operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient processes for sales related activity

 Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of the hospitality and/or aviation industry is an advantage
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Swahili and a working proficiency in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:

• • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other channels.

• • Managing reservations, quotations, and payments.

• • Providing information about services, and policies.

• • Assisting with booking changes and cancellations.

• Sales Support:

• • Preparing and maintaining sales documentation, such as quotes, proposals, and contracts.

• • Following up with potential clients after quotes to close sales.

• • Assisting with sales strategies and initiatives.

• • Managing and analyzing sales data.

• • Optimizing CRM systems.

• Administrative Tasks:

• • Maintaining customer records and databases.

• • Managing sales leads.

• • Ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Other:

• • Providing support to internal teams, such as ground staff and customer service.

• • Contributing to the smooth operations of the sales area.

Job Location: Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar
