Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
Manage performance systems and employee training programs
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Foster a strong culture of employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing
Oversee compensation, benefits, and wellness initiatives
Lead organizational change and workforce planning
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
Postgraduate HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position
Proven leadership, communication, and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) expertise
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws
