HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Location: Dar es Salaam Recruitment Partner: BLUE ICE Attorneys Industry: Logistics & Petroleum (Confidential Client)Are you a strategic HR leader ready to drive meaningful change?Our client—a reputable and rapidly growing company in the logistics and petroleum sector—is seeking a dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead and strengthen their HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
- Manage performance systems and employee training programs
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Foster a strong culture of employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and wellness initiatives
- Lead organizational change and workforce planning
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
- Postgraduate HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position
- Proven leadership, communication, and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) expertise
- Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws
