Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily production processes and operational performance.
  • Coordinate production and maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
  • Track key process indicators and prepare performance reports.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for operational issues.
  • Liaise with production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments.
  • Support implementation of continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and maintenance coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Continuous Improvement principles is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or process improvement.
  • Experience monitoring production activities and coordinating maintenance operations.
  • Experience preparing operational reports and analyzing performance data.
